FragranceLoad is a small, independent site that helps candle makers get their fragrance and wax measurements right the first time.
Why this site exists
Most candle-making questions come down to arithmetic: how much fragrance oil goes into this much wax, how much wax fills this jar, what one candle really costs. The answers are scattered across supplier pages, forums and videos that use different units and different definitions of the same words. We built clear calculators for those questions and wrote guides that explain the reasoning behind them, so you understand the numbers instead of copying them.
Who runs it
FragranceLoad is run by Your Full Name. The site is independent: it is not owned by a wax or fragrance supplier, and no company pays to be recommended in our guides. You can reach us any time through the contact page or at [email protected].
How the calculators work
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to our servers. The formulas are shown on each calculator page, along with worked examples you can check by hand. Values such as typical maximum fragrance loads and wax densities are averages; your supplier's technical data sheet always takes priority.
How we write guides
- We explain the method and show the math so you can verify it.
- We avoid presenting one supplier's numbers as universal rules.
- We say clearly when something depends on your specific wax, wick or fragrance.
- Each guide shows when it was last updated, and we correct errors when readers point them out.
Advertising
